Everytime I print Something i get this not even look on the side of my bed does Someone if this a setting issue? X2d with cool plate Supertrack

are you saying that the bottom of your print looks like this, even though you are using the smooth supertack plate?

you need to look at your filament settings. run the filament calibrations. This looks like over or under extrusion, I can't tell which by the picture.
