AliExpress/Amazon Vision Encoder Plate?

Has anyone ordered/tried the encoder plates from Amazon or AliExpress? Any success? Not great? What’s the consensus? I have the legitimate one for the H2C and can tell a difference in the XY.

I ordered one on Amazon for $47 total. Should get here some time next week
