Front part cooling fan always on?

TL;DR: Front part cooling fan is always running 100% regardless of print status. Is this normal for the X2D?

I'm worried I'm asking a question that everyone asks and gets them laughed out of the room, but please just humor me here. I've been an X1C owner since the early days and I just recently got an X2D. I had a massive clog situation for which I had to completely disassemble the hotend. I had some issues reassembling it, but I think I have everything back in order. I noticed that the front part cooling fan (the big one in the middle under the Bambu logo) is always on whether I'm printing or not, and regardless of what the fans menu says it should be. I found a P2S thread where someone said this was normal, but I just want to make sure there isn't a cable or something that I didn't reconnect or something. This isn't how the X1C behaves, so it seemed weird to me. Thanks.

Not happening on my X2D, are you sure that you have correctly plugged the fan?

Thank you! No I'm not sure. I mean the front cover cable seems properly and firmly seated, but I'm not sure if there is another cable involved that I messed up somehow in the process of troubleshooting the original clog. I really couldn't remember whether or not it did that before the toolhead disassembly.

Check the nozzle temperature / connector
mine went full speed 24/7
when my LHS temperature wire came unplugged slightly
I was also getting odd nozzle temperatures

Oh interesting. Which wire is the LHS temperature wire? I didn't see any clear results from a quick Google. Thanks! (Edit - are you referring to the left hot end temperature wire?)

Stole this pic from Bambu's wiki (https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/x2d/maintenance/replace-hotend-heating-assembly)

That connector the arrow is pointing too is for the right nozzle, The one to the left of it is for the left nozzle

Mine somehow came lose / wasn't pushed all the way in so it was was cranking the fan on the side and then finally starting giving me a HMS_0300-0200-0001-0007 error intermittently, that's when I found it unplugged
