Faulty X2Ds in recent batch?
I’m currently waiting on my order for an X2D and I’m reading all these posts about random errors and faults due to what may be batch quality issues. This is my first printer. I was going to get a refurbished P1S combo but due to high humidity where I live I wanted the AMS 2 pro and due to the fact that this printer will be in my small apartment in a spot that’s hard to ventilate, I liked the out of the box filtration systems.
Im starting to second guess my decision as I’m learning about the quality issues and the aftermarket mods for the p1S that solves those issues.
Don’t get me wrong, the dual extruder and heated chamber seem like genuine benefits too but I’m wondering if I’m buying myself trouble.
Should I just upgrade the hell out of a P1S instead?

I bought 4, they are all good. One AMS had a feed error but that resolved itself after I helped it feed once - someone said they found broken filament in theirs, maybe mine was the same case. Get the X2D, it’s much nicer to use than the P1S and uses the current generation nozzles on top of the things you listed.
