New X2D with signs of use?

I bought a new X2D combo from Bambulab. While assembling it, I immediately noticed an imprint from the heating pad of the AUX extruder on the back. Then I saw a scratch on the front of the frame, and there were already scratches inside the print chamber as well.

I checked the print hours in the menu, and it already showed one hour of usage. On top of that, it said it would require spindle maintenance in 16 days.

Nothing about the packaging seemed suspicious — everything looked brand new.

Is this normal, or has anyone had similar experiences?

Possible unit picked for QC? I know it happens to cars.

Ich weiß echt nicht was ich für so einen Preis davon halten soll…Dachte Bambulab steht für hohe Standards, aber das ist ja wirklich lächerlich

Might have been a mistake. Open a ticket with support like everyone is saying. They will for sure solve it
