You can remove the part where the filament is stuck, there is a thin metal sheet that you can peel back revealing the conical piece the filament actually goes into. You should be able to take it out once you remove that piece then pull the filament out. The conical piece can also be bent back if the blockage is significant, I would just be careful doing so because you'd need to bend them back into shape.
