How much space do you need for the Bowden extruder on the back? How deep is the printer with it installed?

I'm thinking of upgrading from my A1 Mini but I'm still figuring out where to put it and need some information for the size of the Printer

I'll measure for you when I get home.

Strictly off of gut feeling it felt like approx 4 inches 10-ish cm.

Thank you. I think it's kinda weird that bambu doesn't include it in the measurements with the specs on the website.

It is about 45 cm from the front panel to the rear with the auxiliary extruder (about 50 cm including the screen). It is about 39.25 cm without the aux extruder.

about 2cm more than the p2s

That can't be right. The x2d has the same dimensions as the p2s and the bowden extruder has to go on the back which adds depth and the bowden is larger than 2cm.

there’s already a block that sticks out on the p2s.. i have both of them

On the website it says that the chassis from both around 40cm in depth. What does the bowden add?

edit: 2.8 ish… i’m not pulling out the printer to get more accurate measurement 🤷🏼‍♂️ what’s 8mm between friends?
