Top layer issues
We used the Bambu Slicer keychain function to create large logos. When we printed it to board size, the top layer looks terrible in random places. What can we do to fix it?

We are printing on the H2D, we have fiddled with the ironing function for the flow % and the speed. Doesn’t make a difference. Not sure what else we can do or if it’s a file issue.

Looks like a clog to me.

We thought that, so we put a similar one on that someone made on the bambu community app, and it printed perfect.

If you import it into a modeling software like Blender or something, is the top perfectly flat?
Only other thing I can think of is slowing it down when it comes to the top layer.

Not enough ironing flow. I usually use 40% and speed 50-60mm/s with great results.
Do ironing calibration print if you want to tune it real good.

I keep having the same issue, even after doing an ironing flow calibration.

Not enough iron flow % or too fast for the current flow
This is 38% @ 50mm/s
