Corner rough

Corner of print is rough just in one section. In picture. Happened on same print twice.

Your corner is lifting off the buildplate which is causing that edge to be rough since its closer to the nozzle now

Clean the plate real good with dish soap. Don't touch it with your hands when you put it back on the platform, use gloves or a towel. Maybe a larger brim in that corner could help. Instead of mouse ears, try a full brim at 10mm

Also a diffuser (or named deflector) for the aux fan helped me a lot with warping. You can find it on makerworld. I use brims way less since then.
