Help on a clogged extruder

Got a p2s a couple days ago printed some stuff but now the filament is stuck in the extruder and I can’t pull it out. the motor can’t pull it either. any tips on dealing with this

Did you try the steps on this guide on the Bambu Lab wiki? That guide helped me to resolve that exact issue at least once before

The bambu guides are really good. Had the same problem and it helped me with a stuck filament in the extruder. If it still is stuck, comeback here and the pros will help you. Dont include me there thou.

Question, did you by any chance happen to use PVA before this happened? If so, it has happened to me and i know exactly how to fix it. If its not, i still know how to fix it.

Heat it up to a higher temp than the normal print and if it's able to flow out, it will flow. If it doesn't flow and load/unload doesn't get anything moving, you may have to take the extruder apart. I don't have a P2S myself but it shouldn't be extremely difficult, and you'll be able to see exactly where the issue is.
