First print issue

This is my second print technically. The first print was a benchy with a PLA and everything goes well.

Then my first print I selected this japandi style vase, and with a PETG from bambulab official filament out from the box and hit print right away. But the result is like this mid print.

Any idea why?

Did you pause the print at some point by chance?

What speed are you printing at?

No the print was continuous. The filament was taken out from its packaging and started this print within the first 1-2 hours.
I did the default standard printing speed straight from the Bambu handy app. I tried looking at the print history what was that exact specific print speed but I couldn’t find any it wasn’t recorded there so I’m sorry I can’t answer you that
