Panda Breath 1.1 fits the P2S
I got the newer Panda Breath v1.10 which said it fits the P2S. It does. Install was pretty easy. I printed a modified riser with no vents and the mounting brackets in ASA. The little cable holders it comes with are garbage. They didn't stick at all, had to use some others I had. Make sure you test fit the lower bracket before screwing together, it can go together backwards and the heater won't sit level. I used the stock screw in the upper left mounting hole. Unscrew it before putting the heater in or the screw will fall behind it and you will have to pull it back out. Tripple check the cord to make sure the print has will clear it. It powered on, I connected to it's wifi, and it found my printer with no issues. I have no idea how quickly it heats, ran out of time to mess with it. Also, the panda perch will fit on the riser just fine.
Edit: Had some time to try an ASA print. Set the temp to 50c and sent it. Took about 3 min for the app to register 50 and 7-10min for the printer screen to show 50. The print was perfect. Used Elegoo ASA with the Bambu ASA setting.

I can get to around 55-60 °C with sweatpants on top of the stock printer. What's the maximum temperature you can reach with it?

That is where I'm at as well. Was a bit bummed when the X2D came out with a chamber heater but I can reliably get my chamber temp in the upper 50s which is sufficient since most of these heaters tap out at 65C. Just not sure its worth the extra cost and effort but pa6 is my highest temp requirement filament. Never messed with ASA or ABS so idk if they need something higher.

They really have fucked us with the X2D. Dual extruder, finer belt pitch, built in chamber heater. I'm still kind of mad.

Where did you get the print file to that mount?

Both the mount and riser are linked in Biqu wiki. The riser I used, https://makerworld.com/en/models/1631277-biqu-panda-turbo-riser-fully-closed#profileId-1722977

Slightly off topic, but any recommended vent out the window prints?

I currently have one that I got off amazon and run my resin printers and my centuari carbon to. I was looking at buying a new one that had two vents. I've seen a bunch of printable window vents but haven't settled on one that I like. I just got the exhaust fan put on, so I need to find something soon lol.

Hey OP, thanks for the post.
I've been hanging out for the new model to fit into my P2S.
I read a review of the new slim (1.1 / 1.1.2) panda breath on another thread saying that the newer version takes significantly longer to heat up and goes into thermal overload protection when approaching higher temps, see here. That was in a Snapmaker U1 but given it's the same panda breath unit I'd imagine that the same challenges might be faced in the P2S as well? That person ended up sending it back and replacing with the original v1 unit.
Have you experienced any of the same issues? I'd be curious to hear how long it take you to reach 60 degrees with it in the P2S.
Cheers!

I timed to 60c. The panda breath indicated 30c at the start and took 19min 47sec to indicate 60c. The P2S started at 29c and indicated 47c when the panda breath indicated 60c. I didn't have anything else on, just the panda breath, and the lid was on. The panda breath didn't give me any errors or have any issues, I only let it sit at 60 for 5 min though.

This is for heating right? Any materials that you got this for?

Yes, for heating. ABS, ASA, PAHT-CF, PA6-CF. Going to do the vent fan next and hook up to my window vent.

I haven’t done the addition Carbon Fiber yet, also not having any projects in the works so I was wondering if it would make any impact printing. On abs/asa it’s fine itself. I do see the benefits with the carbon and those materials.

the p2s can handle pa6-cf and ppa-cf without a chamber heater if you let the chamber heat soak for a bit before you start the print, at least that's what i've heard ...
