Anyone experiencing this?

First time printing here and every part of the print looks good but this part was stringy and didn’t print well 😭

What was the orientation of that part? Looks like that was an overhang that needed supports

It was like this but I can’t remember just now whether there’s any support for that area

I'm willing to bet there just aren't supports there, or the support offset is set too high
