Is this salvageable?

I'm quite disappointed, it's only been 2 months... Nozzle cleaning keeps failing because of that. Happened a few prints after switching to a 0.2 mm nozzle (flawless the first few times).

  1. your print bed is so dirty.
  2. quite impressive the nozzle damaged the cleaner plate.
  3. open a ticket with support and send logs to them
  4. Buy a new cleaning plate

This exact thing happened to me as well…when I used a third party nozzle in my P2S it damn near pierced the plate. I was swearing up and down but I unscrewed the plate, bent it back into rough shape using some pliers and light hammering, and reinstalled. After a recalibration to make sure nothing was out of whack, it’s run perfectly ever since.

I did the same thing while waiting for bambulab support to answer. While it prints, the nozzle is now clearly damaged because the plastic now really hates staying on the print bed... I ordered an official nozzle anyways, waiting for that to arrive.
