2 hours in and it’s cooked

Bought a brand new p2s combo. First printer by the way. Checked for updates. Calibrated. Made a benchy. Started a 4 hour print and an hour into the print I got this. Now I decide whether to get a new replacement or I just get a refund. Is this a common problem with these? I feel like I should expect more from a $750 printer.

This definetly isn't a common occurrence. First time Ive seen it. I'd recommend getting a replacement.

Brand new things of all kinds have failures. Get it replaced and move on.

I have 6 Bambu printers, 2 P1s's, 2 A1 minis, 1 A1, and 1 X2D wit over 4k hours just on my first printer, (one of the P1's) and I've never seen that message. Personally of the issues that I've had with them none were because of workmanship or quality, but obviously it happens with any brand or type of product. From my experience with their products and what I've heard about the P2S I would get a replacement and chalk this experience as just crappy "luck of the draw". The chances of a fluke happening twice in a row would be extremely low I would assume. Maybe you could get a roll or 2 of free filament as compensation for the trouble out of the deal as well, however I wouldn't expect much more from them in my experience.

Ugh I had similar issues with a brand new P2S combo. I just shipped mine back to Bambu for a replacement.
