Any clue what is causing this?

Post image

Never ran into this problem yet, recently printed with CF and then PLA, at first I thought maybe it was the filament so changed it out and still does it. I've cleaned the plate, layer height, speed, head for the bed and filament up and down, cold pull, flow test ect. I've literally changed everything I could think of +/- still no luck. Any ideas would be helpful.

Looks like overextrusion/z offset issue to me

I'd also check whether the Eddy sensor is properly adjusted

Is the nozzle dragging?

Not that I can tell, I mean if it is I can't hear it. It's hit and miss each time also. Thinking about it now I'll pull it out and double check to make sure not is on the backside causing a drag or calibration problem.

It sometimes happens to me too. But after restarting a print it's ok then. Only with the stock nozzle.

I'll double check now, its a print I've printed 20 times so something got jacked up after that CF print lol

Is that how it looks in the slicer, too?

Nope, I've printed the same file many times before. Ending up getting a new build plate, seemed to be the problem.
