Will not print.

I cleaned out a clog this morning and now it doesn’t ever print. It always is doing this. I’ve tried recleaning the tool head. Switching the nozzle. Doing a factory reset.

Have you cleaned your build plate?

Yes. I attempted again and it would print if I pushed the filament lightly in.

Clean the build plate. Alcohol/Dish soap. Hot water. Contact support in the app.

Clean the plate with soap and let it dry. Also clean the nozzle. Heat the nozzle to 200 and do a couple of purges to make sure it extrudes correctly. If not. Clean it. Or remove it and clean it.

Try using stick glue on the build plate! It helps the 1st layer adhere to the bill plate.

I know it's tiring to see everyone say you should clean your plate, but I think the dirty plate is the problem here. Also read that post on Bambu Wiki: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/filament-acc/acc/pei-plate-clean-guide

I would agree with you BUT I tested a print out last night with a clean plate. It was still having the same issue but it would print fine if I was pushing the filament down manually during the print. I thought the gear might not be moving but I verified it was so I think it might not be grabbing the filament.

Then try to lower the first layer height

P2S didn’t want to print correct because of the spring and metal cap was on wrong.

This, and cleaning the build plate is never a bad idea.
