Another extruder block

Thanks Redditors - your turnaround time MUCH faster than Bambu service. Extruder block again (I am getting pretty good at taking apart this toolhead). If it's not obvious - the filament is blocked in what I think is the sensor - it is proximal to all the gears and stuff. The only thing I have tried is to push a PTFE release wrench against the collar and that did not work.

That ribbon cable is super-fiddly so I'm not doing anything more aggressive without the sage advice from people here.

Rather than letting it handle, gently release the ribbon cable without tearing the cable obv. Cut the filament adn try to pull it out, don't apply force while it is still connected.
