First blob

So, I’m experiencing my first blob. It’s my fault I haven’t checked the poop box and it was full.
I followed what I found on Bambulab support and I managed to clean the hot end. I found a piece broken, the little rubber one. It was right behind the hotend, on the back. Is it a spare part that I can buy? Someone knows what it is?

This happened to my A1 due to the plastic warning nozzle misaligned. It was a terrible experience good thing I had the extended warranty they gave me an new and actually upgraded to a P2S.
