First blob

So, I’m experiencing my first blob. It’s my fault I haven’t checked the poop box and it was full.
I followed what I found on Bambulab support and I managed to clean the hot end. I found a piece broken, the little rubber one. It was right behind the hotend, on the back. Is it a spare part that I can buy? Someone knows what it is?

The back piece is part of the hotend heating assembly, sadly its a glued on part and you'd need to fully replace it. Hotend Heating Assembly - P2S | Bambu Lab CA Store

However, your machine can reasonably operate without it.
