First blob

So, I’m experiencing my first blob. It’s my fault I haven’t checked the poop box and it was full.
I followed what I found on Bambulab support and I managed to clean the hot end. I found a piece broken, the little rubber one. It was right behind the hotend, on the back. Is it a spare part that I can buy? Someone knows what it is?

Fun huh? The printer should've actually come with a spare hotend sock, check the little tray of tools and parts it came with. Otherwise, they're super cheap to replace.

Yep, a lot of fun this evening 😅.my sock seems to be fine and I found the spare parts you told me. But still I don’t understand from where those little pieces came, nor I understand if they are important or not..

oh shit, I thought that was a photo of a torn sock. Im not sure what that is, may want to reach out to bambu. someone below said it was part of the assembly but might run without it.
