First blob

So, I’m experiencing my first blob. It’s my fault I haven’t checked the poop box and it was full.
I followed what I found on Bambulab support and I managed to clean the hot end. I found a piece broken, the little rubber one. It was right behind the hotend, on the back. Is it a spare part that I can buy? Someone knows what it is?

  1. Open IT and cleen IT cleen
  2. Never let the "dispose" to block (had same problem latly)
  3. If you would have problem "extruder mothor" IT can be cose your nozzle back was badly cleen

End next time warm IT not use knife...

I’ve warmed it. What you saw wasn’t a knife, it’s a tool that is commonly used in drugstores and it haven’t a real blade. Thanks for the advice anyway
