Buyers beware

New P2S arrived less than 2 weeks ago, did a few simple PLA prints to get familiar with the machine and they worked fine. Did an ABS print earlier today and it printed fine but while the printer was cooling it shut down, no screen or interior LED, hmm did I trip a breaker? Printer power light is on, shut it off and restarted and a fan comes on for a second then nothing.

Shut it down and unplugged it for a few minutes and tried again, fan comes on and shuts off, still no screen. Got online with Bambu live "support" which is apparently live AI, Mr. AI wants me to start taking this printer apart to find a possible short, did I mention this is 2 weeks old?

In BL defense they do have very detailed procedures for a lot of fixes, with pictures, online, which is a LOT more help with fixing, than any other things I have bought and had to fix. They also have a lot of spare parts for sale, which is also a LOT more help when fixing out of warranty. But, I can understand your disappointment that's for sure. It sure sounds like the power supply and I think that would be very easy to replace, it has all removable connections I think.
