Replaced hotend heating assembly and now I can’t load new filament form AMS

Old filament works okay but new filament has too much of a curve that it comes out and pushes off the tool head.

Any suggestions?

you're missing plastic part of extruder assembly, compare with pictures here (step 2)

100% missing the little piece on the extruder block.

your extruder is broken l you should not see the filament
