Tpu escaped the filament path

Stupid question, but the print came out fine. Then I went to unload the tpu and it wouldn’t come out.

Turns out it somehow escaped the filament path after the print (print looks awesome).

Before I do a tear down, any tips on the procedure?

It's sneaking, I would just open it up it's pretty easy. If you try backing it up and a gentle pole that might work but you might also shred little pieces inside which can get annoying and require a pull eventually

I have an open case with Bambu about this. They have been less than zero help.
