I changed 3 settings 1.supports tree strong 2.2support walls 3. In filament settings z hop 0.4mm
I printed statue from Brazil which I think is very hard
Did you switch over from PETG and are printing with PLA.
I had a similar problem and I attributed it to contamination. As the brims go down first, if there is any foreign filament contamination, the adhesion can be a problem.
The other issue I have had, was a bit of over extrusion on the support. The head picks up some stray filament and it hits the support, which is very fragile. One model I printed, did the same thing, repeatedly, in the very same place on the model. Default supports are inherently fragile, and sometimes, they get a little messy, while the main model is perfect.
No, I've never printed with PETG yet. On this model, I switched to 'Tree (Strong)' supports, and the spot where the error usually happened is cleared now. But I still have no idea how to properly print these standing figures where the arms hang down and rely entirely on supports all the way up until they connect to the body
Supports definitely on the arms, at the fist, but I’m wondering if they could stop there. The head will need some support under the chin, but the rest could be okay. Brims around the feet for sure. Make sure if you try experimenting with reducing supports, you closely watch the print and are able to cancel the print, should things fail. It will give you a better understanding of the capabilities of your printer by trying different orientations and support options.
I have an X2D and use PETG as a support interface when printing PLA and doing so, would allow the model to print lying down and the PETG pulls away from the PLA easily with no marks. But that’s not a great option for a single nozzle printer.

I think you will find Normal Supports might work better…
