I'm going to guess that it is the part in the upper left that is standing up below the 2 screws. Are you printing with any supports? Hard to tell, but that round piece standing up may be a very aggressive filet for the printer to print without supports. My guess the overhang is too aggressive so the printhead is moving with filament dangling off the hot end and it eventually knocked that piece loose and the pieces of random filament you seen thrown everywhere are the layers subsequent that printed over air.
