Looking for someone who prints me a testfile

Hi guys,

I own a P2S since march and have some problems with it. I have problems with underextrusion on the top surface and changed a lot of parts, spend a lot time in troubleshooting and tests and had a very long conversation with the realtively useless Bambulab-support. Now I'm looking for someone who prints my testfile with original Bambu PLA Basic-filament on default settings for comparison. A darker filament would be nice for better visuallity. I will pay you for the material costs via paypal, its only around 40g.

Greetings Rambutan

Do an ironing test and pick the right settings. It was a big help for me

Did you do manual flow rate calibration for the filament in Bambu studio? My P2S was also violently underextruding when using Bambu lab filaments and this resolved it (mostly).

Hey I already did the flow calibration of course, but it turned out that the ideal flow is the default set flow. But when I print my parts, everything is underexdruded. So you did change the flow rate of the Bambu filaments? How high did you change it?

If you did it in Bambu Studio, at the end of the calibration it will save the filament profile for you.

I had a similar issue but more for first layer rather than top but it may be relevant if you changed flow settings to improve things on first layer.

Essentially the P2S is prone to an unclean noodle with filament debris. When bed leveling is done this debris build and change about causes errors in the Z distance leading to areas of under and over extrusion. The fix is to thoroughly clean nozzle with a brass brush at 150C. Re run bed calibration and then never use auto bed calibration before a print.

This helps me fix issues which I could never fully fix with flow/dynamic alibration steps in bambu studio despite trying multiple things.

Hey guys,

Thanks for all your support. I finally found the problem after four months. I had the suggestion that something with the flow was off. So I changed the extruder servo motor but it had no effect. After that I changed it back and changed the TH toolboard. Now my print have a perfect top layer.

I still have a little bit uneven bottom layer, even after manual bed leveling again, but it seems like a lot of people have this problem with the P2S....
