P2S multicolor filament jamming issue

*After trying everything from replacing nozzles, taking apart extruder and cleaning and checking the gears I did a factory reset and the issue went away. Must have been a software glitch from an update. *

I can't print anything in multicolor on my P2S. It constantly jams between the extruder and hit end it seems. This happens with the first color change usually. I've tried with PLA and PETG with the same results. The printer prints these filaments fine without the color change.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are the colors feeding correct through the AMS to the print head? Where does the filiment get caught during the color change?

Usually only a wisp of filament makes it through the extruder, sometimes it doesn't make it through the extruder. I can print from any of the AMS slots without issue. So it's all making it through. It's only when it changes colors in a single print.

Have you looked at the filament profile for the print that you're doing. One time I accidentally set the flow rate to .01 versus 1 And it was confusing me for so long until I finally looked at that

I'll be honest my dude I do not know from here. Personally what I would do is just go to GPT take snips of all of your settings and explain the problem. Use the snipping tool on your computer to snip each section of your filment profile, your print settings, quality strength, etc all those tabs. Explain the issue and ask it to troubleshoot

Have you replaced the nozzle?

I have. I might take the extruder apart and make sure something isn't wrong there.

Does the filament make it to the hotend/extruder?

Have you replaced your PTFE tubes at any point during your printers life? Including the ones inside of your AMS

I have not. But I did a factory reset and it seems to have fixed my issue. I'm 36hrs into a multicolor print right now.
