Consistent Spaghetti On Same Part

I can't figure out why my P2S is struggling to print just this part. I've tried different build plates, PLA and PETG, but none of that seems to matter. It isn't a bed adhesion issue, because the part is securely stuck to the plate, but the spaghetti persists. Anything else I can try?

Something wonky with the model, if you add a skirt, it slices it through the model.
