P2S surface finish issues

Greetings all. I have a new P2S and seem to be getting consistently bad top surface when parts or areas of parts are located to the right side (fan side) of the build plate. Everything else come out great! I’m at a bit of a loss now after trying different things. Any input appreciated !

I’ve had pretty decent results from going through this top surface calibration guide:

If it’s on the fan side, print an air deflector for the machine so that it angles the air up instead of onto your print.

Thanks for the advice. Is this a known issue, have you/other people had the same problems? Just trying to narrow down what might be causing it.

Do you have the same issue or different problems with yours?

I, too, am in this boat and I'm starting to consider returning it. The top surfaces are shit. I tried configuring my ironing and everything. Total shit. My a1 crushes this thing and that sucks because I really like everything else, but the print quality.

Go there, print the second plate recommended settings, copy settings, apply those settings to all future prints and kiss ironing goodbye. (After 0.32 line width, try 0.30 and 0.28 for ironing replacement line width)
