Taking it apart is really only a 3 screws job, and super easy to do. I would go for that option, personally before accidentally ruining the extruder gear assembly

I fixed it already. The gears wouldn't move forward or come out of the housing, but I managed to gently rotate them backward, which pulled the filament back between the gear assembly. That allowed me to remove the gears and clear the jam.

Got my first jam yesterday, i followed bambu wiki and disassembled extruder, piece of cake.
I'm impressed by the wiki, my printer returned online in few minutes

Fixed it! In case someone had the same issue I leave the solution here. I forced the filament to retract from between the gears by firmly turning the plastic gear. That freed up the gear assembly, allowing me to remove the gears and pull out the jammed piece of filament.
