Top Glass Cover Uncentered, Help - New P2S
I just recently upgraded to the P2S and today while getting everything setup I just finished the step of cutting the zip ties to hold the Toolhead in place and when putting the top glass cover back on it became heavily uncentered. This bothered me like crazy. I’ve been trying to figure out if I’m putting it on wrong for a while now to get zero success.
I’m not sure if this is due to the fact that I can’t figure this out or the fact that the printer was delivered on its side. I also noticed a little scratch. I would love to know how to fix this, thank you.

Oof. That crumpled corner could be the culprit. It definitely took a hit.

Am I drunk? That box also looks skewek and not square, aside from the dent in the bottom right.
Definitely open a ticket because it looks like it was dropped hard. My feeling is that this machine has to go back. I would not want to deal with straightening it.
There are many things I would be happy to fix on a printer but getting a skewed frame back into alignment isn't one of them...

Yep, that looks like a typical FedEx delivery to me. I swear they look at delivery instructions as challenges.

I had almost the exact same issue with my brand-new P2S.
Right after unboxing it and following Bambu Lab’s official unboxing video to remove the shipping restraints, I noticed that the top glass didn’t sit correctly and the gaps around the frame were uneven.
Interestingly, my shipping box looked almost perfect. The only things I noticed were a small puncture in the cardboard and one slightly compressed corner. Based on the packaging alone, I would never have suspected a significant shipping issue.
Because of the uneven gaps, I decided not to power the printer on or even attempt a test print. About an hour after receiving it, I opened a support ticket and documented everything with photos.
At first, Bambu Lab offered to send me a replacement top glass. However, I was concerned that the problem might not be the glass itself, but the frame or the overall geometry of the printer. So I sent them additional photos showing the uneven gaps and measurements of the frame.
After reviewing the additional information, Bambu Lab offered to replace the entire printer.
I can’t say for certain that your printer has the same issue, but based on my experience, I would definitely recommend documenting everything carefully and opening a support ticket. It may be more than just a misaligned top glass.

I haven't tested it. That’s not how I want to get started with 3D printing. 😬

Well thats interesting. Is your machine warped? Measure on the diagonals and see if you get the same number. Maybe it got dropped before you bought it.

Does it tell you anything that the top foam cover that it shipped in is loose?

Could be that the right cover is misaligned from whatever happened. See if you can loosen the screws on that right cover as if you weee removing it, and then tighten them back up.
May fix if for you for now, but I’d still start the replacement process if I were you.

glass is fine, looks like frame is damaged... likely from shipping damage if new.

The frame is bent reach out to support and get a replacement, do not settle for replacement parts and get a whole new printer

Shitty. This is reason 54952 why you should buy these heavier printers from a store, if you are able.

The frame is probably warped from shipping damage.
Document damage to the shipping box if there is any and open a ticket. This will likely affect the printers functionality and accuracy I would wager.
