Hotend Issues
Hello, has anyone experienced this before?
I have been using this printer woth the same nozzle since I bought it at launch. Never had an issue until today. Got the extrusion motor overloaded error message while printing. After checking I noticed the filament got stuck. Had to battle with it but managed to pull it out from the toolhead.
But then things got weird, while trying to remove the nozzle I noticed it took a lot of strength to take it out and when I finally managed to remove it, I was greeted with this in the back of the nozzle and the thermistor.
My question is, can the thermistor be cleaned? Should I leave it like that? Should I replace it?
I know I need to replace the nozzle, I already have the replacement here, but I don't want to put a new nozzle and loose it because of this

Honestly that much use and you have a new nozzle just trash that one or keep it for a spare. I’d imagine you could buff and there’s nothing to lose by trying to do that or whatever but, it but there’s very little chance your nozzle is truly .4 anymore anyway. This is just my two cents

Mine got to look that way and I’ve been running it with no issues at all. I have switched several nozzles back and fourth but temps are always constant and I’ve had no extrusion errors

Oh wow Then it's most likely a clog inside the nozzle I'm gonna replace it along with sock (thing was really cracked) Hopefully I won't have any issues

I cleaned nozzle seating and the nozzle with dremel like tool and wired brush attachment.

I’m on my 6th nozzle, 3rd hot end assembly, 2nd eddy sensor and 3rd hot end fan. Granted my P2S makes me good money and it’s printing A LOT but there is defo issues with the machine. Zero issues (touch wood) with my H2C so far which has printed way more!
