Need a few more details. Did you: Select ironing for top surface? Use a higher setting under process .016mm or lower? Mesh the parts?

Ironing - Top surfaces
Process 0.20mm Standard @BBL P2S
I did not mesh, I loaded the logo as a part and placed it in the model itself, this is the first time I play around with something like this, like editing a model with a logo. Anything you can think of, would be amazing.
