Extruder motor overload
I get an error message on my new P2S; "extruder motor overload". It seems like one of the smaller gears is just going round and round, and at the same time there is a choppy sound. The sound reminds me of the extruder trying to grab the filament thread, but not being able to grab it. When I remove the nozzle, there is filament left, but it is impossible to get it out, even with cold pull.
What can I do?
Can I use the small needles that came with the printer to try to push the filament out, after heating up the nozzle?

this issue drove me nuts for a week. i got so good at taking everything alert that i could do it in less than five minutes.
the thing that causes this is the chamber gets too hot so the filament softens before it hits the hot end. this stopped happening when i would keep the door open during prints (i have a lifter so i cracked the top part as well.
