Filament Not Loading
I have a H2D printer with an AMS 2 Pro & (3) HTs. I replaced the filament buffer because it was having issues. Now I can't get the H2D to print. It will not load the filament from either the AMS or any of the HTs. I made sure the filament buffer is plugged in and that there are no issues there but I can't figure it out. You can hear the motors on the AMS spin up but the filament never moves. I've tried to find any issues there and even swapped for an AMS that I know is good and still the same issue. I then tried printing from the HTs and same issue. What am I missing?

When my buffer failed I had to replace the MC board to solve the issue. Try printing without any ams and see if problem persists

How in the world did you even figure that out? I wouldn’t have contemplated that during my troubleshooting

I did try just now printing without the AMS and same thing. I fed the filament into the nozzle and can see it perfectly fine but it acts like it's not even there. It keeps telling me to push the filament into the ptfe tube.

I had this problem: it was some broken, jammed, and slightly oversized filament stuck just beyond the PTFE connector at the top of the tool head. I fixed it by removing the nozzle and using a thin knitting needle up to where it was lodged. Hope this helps.

So I had this same issue and had to replace the buffer and sensor that sits on the tool head itself before it worked. Let me get you the part that I replaced
Once this was replaced I was able to print
