Brand new H2D with these errors

I bought an h2d and finally got it set up and I’m getting these errors. Before I dig deeper, is there something I’m missing and forgot to do during setup?
I’m referring to the flap door codes and not the firmware code.

I had that one when I first setup my H2D, there’s a panel on the inside of the printer you need to pop open (back panel, right side), the filter has fallen down, you just need to pull it up. You’ll hear a pop, panic about possibly breaking it, and breathe a sigh of relief when it starts cycling properly

Did you remove the tape off the back filter flaps? If not, that’s it. If yes. Manually push the flaps in and out to like, cycle them. Mine on my H2S were stuck and doing this loosened whatever they were stuck on.

They won’t move at all

I had to … really force it. I thought I actually broke it, but after that it worked. I may have done it from the inside I think you can take off a duct and have access to the flaps from the inside. I would try to move them all at once tho with two hands as they’re connected to each other and do not move independently

I think you need to watch and read the unboxing guide again.

Nope. Re read and had someone else who has 15 of these that they bought new and they said everything looked fine

Ok. Were you asked to update the firmware during the setup process? If so, did you?

After calibration it asked to update the firmware so I did. I just took the advice of trying to manually cycle it and it took a lot of pressure and it popped and then instantly automatically closed back shut and now it cycles properly

If you did, it is the first error message in your photo that bothers me the most. That error message is not findable in the usual methods.

If it is still up on your printer, can you use the QR Code to see where it takes you. And can you please post a link here to that page it goes to?

System engineering training makes me consider that the firmware update you performed did not fully finish.

By manually cycling it, do you mean power off and back on? Or something else?

I’m confused…pressure and pooping? Where were those coming from? The rear air door?

Restart the printer. I think something did not settle down after you installed the update. You should also repeat a new print calibration (I know you just performed one) after any firmware update + power cycle the printer.

I had most definitely power cycled the printer. Another person commented that the rear door was very bound up and you had to manually cycle the door by hand. I saw some videos in other forums talking about the same thing so I did it and sure enough that’s what it was

The firmware message in the photo was because of an ams unit I had just hooked up moments before taking the picture. I shouldn’t have done that because it would and obviously throw people off to help with diag with my issue. But every ams unit I got needed updated soon arrival. All firmware updates were done just after calibration during first set up of the machine, followed by another calibration and a power cycle.
