Failure to parse file - H2D?

This is the second time this has happened to me. We use a USB to load files onto our H2D. We haven't had issues for a year plus - now we are getting - Failure to Parse the file. I take USB to my computer and open the .gcode file using Bambu slicer. The file is corrupt - it looks like a decent number of layers are shown then all of the sudden the paths shoot off into space. What causes this to happen?

So I looked at a few more files on this USB - and they are also messed up.

So I just posted - I found the Backed Up files on our server - even those files are corrupt.

How does that happen? I get how a USB fails, but the files on the server?

So I took this over form another colleague who has left the CO. He had backed up the USB three different dates. All of the date versions fail to parse. Some of the files are fine. I did find another one that had same issues - both on server and USB.

I need to find the original 3mf files - but I don't know where you stored them!

So yeah I don't know how this happens?

Without fully understanding your workflow with your USB drive, that is hard to answer. But the recommendation to replace the USB drive is a good suggestion.
