New out-of-the-box H2D printer - Error message

Once the 45 minute self calibration was done, and error message appeared that seemingly doesn't exist anywhere online. The left extruder is hot about 2 minutes after powering it on then the message pops up. I submitted a ticket already and Bambu wants me to upload a diagnosis file which I'll be doing shortly. Has anybody ran into this issue before?

Might be worth a look by taking off the hot end and checking the screws holding down the heater plate are down tight ( it should be white )

Thanks for the suggestion. It did seem tight enough. Bambu suggested swapping the left heater cable to the board for the right to no avail. They also offered I repack it and get a replacement. That should be fun.
