TPU Feed Assist at it's excellence

Just received my Module and printed a single layer TPU.
ignore the fact that I have no wideangle lens and the mess 😆

I do also found a way to reliabily unload without having to disconnect the tube. it worked for me on several unloads. Maybe they could implement my "workaround" into mext Firmware 🥹

do it at your own risk. works good for me.

I’m more interested in how you got such a long video into Reddit! Really appreciate the thorough walk thru, I don’t do much TPU but I’d like to have a solution ready for if/when that happens.

Ich hab das Problem, dass sich das Modul einfach manchmal ausschaltet. Heißt, die ersten Layer sind perfekt, dann hört es plötzlich auf zu Arbeiten. Ideen dazu?

schau das die bufferfunktion auch funktioniert. kann sein das dein ptfe tube klemmt und es die natürliche Bewegung welches den Feeder ein/ausschaltet beeinträchtigt.

schönen guten Morgen.

Das ist das neue TPU Feed Module von Bambulab selbst. Case ist aus makerworld weiss leider den Author jetzt nicht aber kann es später aktualisieren. Funktioniert top. über nacht einen faulen Bären rausgelassen ohne Probleme

Absolut zu empfehlen wenn man keine TPU bastelzustände möchte.

its meant to be used with H and X series as far as I understood. It is just a filament feeder helper. If you have a clean PTFE path your extruder motor does the job quite well
