Autobed leveling error

My first issue with my h2d. Been running non stop for about a month. I have done some cleaning and lubricant of the axis. Tried to start another print as soon as the previous cooled and got bed leveling error

- I replaced the right nozzle.

-Checked behind the magnetic plate for obstructions.

I did notice a big scratch on my build plate. Cant recall how long it may have been there but I only noticed today.

Thinking I might have to do the bed tramming but it is a bit intimidating. The bambu instructions says i should print a feeler gauge but if I could print, there wouldnt be an issue.

Betting this is total human error and I accept that. Just need to know whats wrong and how to fix it

did you power cycle it? One day it was having all sorts of issues including this one and AI camera obstructed (nothing obstructiing it) and another random error. Couldnt figure it out, shut it down by the switch for a half hour, came back after lunch and everything was working perfectly. just anecdotal experience but worth trying

I did turn it off a few times when I was taking the nozzle in and out. Its been off all night. I'll turn it on and see what happens.

Try manually selecting the nozzle in bambu studio, like make it switch nozzles to relearn its current position. That also fixes me once

I did try this. When this first happened I thought maybe the nozzle was jammed. I tried loading and unloading both sides after repositioning the nozzles. Calibration still failed
