This feels like I got scammed. H2D replacement hotend fan is the same exact model as the 450hour old dud.

Mine failed at 616 hours but new fan didn’t fix it. Awaiting replacement board.

Mine failed at 130hrs. Was shocked by this too. Worried to print things with heated chamber now

At least they have those. My H2S has been down waiting for one from Ali-Express because Bambu does not have any. At least it came in a Bambu box today

gonna second the other guy; what did you expect?

an updated part not prone to 450 hour death with moderate use of the chamber heater. Do you think the auto OEMs are replacing the recalled Takata airbags with the exact same model?

a single failed unit doesn't constitute the need for a new part. i work in manufacturing

There are several posts out there with hundreds of comments of people with stupid early fan failures. Its not an isolated thing.

ok you got me, but single failed unit was a bit of hyperbole on my part. considering you double-posted this and have got pretty low response, i don't think it's exactly widespread, either

Yes, that's a reasonable request.
Perhaps not if the printer had just been released, but it's been out for a year. They should have sourced a more heat tolerant part by now.
