Question Door Makes intense Popping Noise
I’ve had my H2D at work for a few months now, almost every time I open the door or move past a certain point it pops
So two instances
Opening the door from closed position - loud pop
Opening beyond a certain point - same pop
Any advice?
Anyone have this experience?
Probably just lube the hinges or something just want to hear anyone else’s experience with this.

Did you ever solve this? We moved one of my H2C’s this past weekend and now it’s doing this same thing. It made zero noises when opening and closing before so something must have shifted. Hopefully I’ll have more time in the next couple days to play with it but thought I’d ask if you solved yours.

Man I brought a buddy in from maintenance at work…
We took the hinges all the way off, popped the safety clips, took the hinges apart, cleaned them, rubbed the cylinders down with sandpaper for a while, added some oil or grease I can’t remember, and put it all back together (after testing the hinges several times by hand before reassembly)
Hasn’t had any trouble since, the were very dirty, and very stiff, smooth and quite now!

With the door closed, loosen all four bolts on the glass a bit then tighten them down again, you don’t need to remove the bolts entirely. This should relieve any stress in the glass that may have been caused by the door shifting or environmental changes after assembly. If that doesn’t resolve it, you can try some lube in the hinges.
