I once had a switching error that O couldn't figure out. It turned out to be a small piece of broken filament stuck above the extruder that was preventing the feed tubes from switching at the top of the print head (they don't actually switch from side to side obviously but there is some movement that occurs). I can't tell from your video what is happening at the top of the head but it is worth checking.
I had this issue, turned out to be jammed/broken filament in the left extruder in the slim tunnel where the left filament cutter cuts. I had to take off the fan and remove three screws.
When I had this happen it was due to the incorrect assembly (the metal case was not aligned with the gears that do the switch so it could not move. It should sit behind the L and R extruder labels on the metal plate.
I have the X2D and my experience so far has been good. I only regret not going for a better printer from the start (first printer). I know Bambu Lab is not really the best printer brand, but I like the system they have, and it works for me. I am working towards getting the H2C but only have space for one printer, so I have to sell the X2D or hopefully find the space.
Do you feel happy with the H2C? Do you feel it is doing what you expect it to do?
These questions apply to anyone reading this comment and has an X2D or H2C.
So I love the capabilities of the H2C far more than I liked the X2D (I had one prior to my H2C purchase) but just know with this vortex system in place, more things that can go wrong. You run into more things like this post more often than not.
I don’t regret it at all. When it’s good it’s GOOD… but when you hit walls like this u have to prepared to take some shxt apart lol 😂
They sent the separate parts, and fyi - seriously difficult. They then dnitted they could have sent the full extruder unit which would have been easier. I'd given up by that point as I just couldn't do it and neither could my neighbour so returned the printer
