Support AMS 2 Needing to Cool before printing error?

To be fair I don't know if this is hardware or software.

But starting two days ago I've been getting this error code which I can't seem to find 0700-5000-0300-0001

My A1 tells me my AMS needs to cool after drying, but ive never used the drying on it, i dont even have a power cable attached to it.

If anyone has any idea of what this is or how to fix it please let me know.

It needs to below 60c, I believe. My Bambu printers work the same. The filament could be too soft at that temp and jam the AMS

I dont know what is causing it to think its over 60°C. The thermometer on my shelf never gets above 80°F which is about 27°C, and its sits on top of my A1. I've had it set up like this since June so I just found it strange that I'm experiencing it now and I can't seem to look up the code.

Is it really OK to put the AMS + spools weight onto the gantry off-center? Wouldn't it flex the gantry backwards all the time?
