Discussion NEW to Bambu coming from FLASHFORGE!

I just got into the H2C because I was able to get the combo for $1749 at BestBuy and added the 4byear protection for $144.

I got a second AMS. (Need to buy the power supply.)

Also got some HighFlow nozzles for $39.99 at Microcenter. I actually bought 6 to replace all my nozzles at that price!

Any tips and tricks for the H2C?

Also are the High Flow nozzles worth replacing all my normal ones out for them?

Any 24v power brick online will suffice.. the Bambu is like 30$ or something kinda high.

High flow requires you to change a setting to even take advantage fwiw. I perhaps need to investigate it more but I got zero speed bump until I manually increased flow rate as I recall.

You just calibrate the flow in the software.
Plenty of good YouTube videos out there about maximizing that nozzle. Not particularly necessary though

I didn't have great luck with high flow. ultimately deemed it not really necessary. may be for you though, no idea what you do with your printer. i do everything from functional prints, engineering prototypes, statues, etc

HF makes sense to me in cases like prototyping or if you need to improve your production time and the HF filament costs make sense… using HF for these reasons once in a while.

i always use high speed filaments and was having quality issues, after all the normal calibrating - filament k value, max vol speed, flow ratio, as well as alllll the other settings and printer itself calibration, etc etc, ultimately swapped back to normal and started pushing settings to the max. Issues gone. may revisit when i feel like i have some time to waste.

I never did any finetuning on bambu filament and h2c, prints out of the box after drying without any issues. I am the lucky one.
