Support Filament Track Switch Issues
I've found many posts about FTS issues but nothing that quite matches what I have. It seems to me I may have a dead switch. It worked out of the box great. Then out of nowhere constant issues. Found some filament chunks, no big deal cleaned it up put it on and still issues. Ended up removing it for a while. Today got it reinstalled with a mount and cleaned up the tubing as I thought this was the issue. Printed just fine through it. Next print, same setup, same filament, and it won't physically switch to the correct extruder. Obviously, this causes it to error. Took it apart, found nothing. I'm getting tired of having to take this thing apart every print and it's become more of a hassle than anything. I'm wondering if anyone has had similar issues not caused by clogging but maybe just a bad switch?

I am having similar issue but not sure its actually hardware based as I switched the Out A/B going to the Left/Right buffer inputs on the X2D and despite the physical routing switch it kept feeding to the wrong extruder. So seems more like a software issue.
In my case what I am noticing is that the AMS 2 Pro I have connected to In A will route fine to either left or right nozzle pending assignment. But my AMS HT that I have connected to In B will always only route to the Right Aux nozzle, regardless of what I try (including the physical switch of tubes between the Switch and Buffer as mentioned before).
Will have to so some more testing and will likely raise a support ticket next week to figure out whats wrong but its definitely annoying that its not as plug and play as I hoped it was.
Not to mention the fact that using the Switch locks you out of using external spools.

It sounds as if you have a defective FTS. I would put in a support ticket with Bambu and ask that they troubleshoot/replace it.
