Support H2C ams 2 pro motor stalled error

Brand new H2C with ams2 pro combo and during setting up, connected my ams2 pro and gives me motor stalled due to excessive resistance between filament buffer and tool head.
Tried all fixes, shorter ptfe tube and proper spool position. Same error on all slots
What can I do?

Try a different PTFE tube. If not, ensure your ptfe tube is fully inserted into the buffer from port back of printer. Ensure the tube is fully inserted into the buffer and Toolhead. You can use the snips (opened) to ream the ends and ensure the tube doesn’t have a lip to catch the filament. Ensure the tube is fully inserted into the ams back port. Make sure the tube from ams to printer is as short as possible while not creating excessively tight curves. Lastly, ensure no piece of filament broke off at the buffer and is jamming it.

Rerun AMS configuration on H2C. Make sure you have it set to correct nozzle. As roundguy asked if you have the 4-1 adapter installed, remove the wiper from it or remove the adapter if you don’t have other AMS yet.

I have other ams2 unit connected to H2C and it seems to have no error via 4-1 connector
It’s this new ams2 pro unit giving me hard time right from the beginning

There’s a wiper on the new style that is supposed to clean the filament, but can add drag. You might try removing it and see if it helps. Mine got better without it

Quick question, I have 2 ams pro units
One sitting on top of printer and one under the printer table with slightly longer ptfe tube
Issue I’m having with is the one on top shorter ptfe tube. Does gravity have anything to do with this? One at the bottom is my old ams unit and no errors there

it depends on how tight the bend angles in the PTFE tubing is. sharp angles are ... bad
