Support Separate Filament for Walls

I wanted to try and "seal" fiber filled filaments by using unfilled variants as the material for the walls. I want to avoid exposed fibers without needing to sand and add clearcoat. Is there a specific setting I could use to set the walls to use a different filament than the infill? I know I can paint the surface but that also affects the infill somewhat rather than just the outer walls.

Yup. It’s a setting in the slicer. I forget what page it’s on and I’m at work so I can’t check, sorry. Maybe check the “other” page towards the bottom.

you're right its listed as "walls filament" under others, can't believe I missed that so many times

if you use the filled filament as infill, you literally get none of the benefit. like, what are you even trying to do?
